MondeID charges a simple per-verification fee. You only pay when a credential is successfully verified.

No setup fees, no minimum volumes, no long-term contracts.

Do you charge for failed or incomplete verifications?

No. Only completed verifications are billed.

If a candidate never completes onboarding, or an issuer cannot be confirmed, it is not charged.

If a candidate isn’t on MondeID yet, do we pay extra?

No. We automatically invite them to claim their wallet and provide consent.

You are only billed if the verification completes successfully.
