Are prices shown with or without tax?
All prices are shown exclusive of any taxes. Applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST, etc.) are added based on your billing address.
Will you charge US sales tax?
Yes — where legally required based on your state’s rules or where the service is considered consumed.
Will you charge VAT in the UK or EU?
If required by law: yes. If reverse-charge applies, this will be indicated on your invoice. We request VAT/tax registration details during onboarding.
Do we need to be a registered organisation to use MondeID?
MondeID is a B2B service for employers, institutions, and organisations. We usually contract with a legally registered entity.
Who are we contracting with?
Your agreement is with our US entity, a Delaware-registered company. Full legal details appear on your agreement and invoices.
Do you offer special pricing for universities or nonprofits.
Where it supports impact and accessibility, yes. This is discretionary. These arrangements are handled case-by-case.
Do you operate as a B2B service only?
Yes — MondeID does not provide consumer services. This distinction matters for tax, contract, privacy and refund regulations.
