The clinician loads their degree or licence into their universal wallet.

When you request verification, they choose whether to share it.

You receive:
Issuer-signed authenticity confirmation
Timestamp
Issuer identity
Anchor reference
An audit-ready verification artifact

MondeID does not check disciplinary actions, sanctions, DEA status, NPI accuracy, or licence expiry.

Your credentialing team retains responsibility for those elements.

Can MondeID be used as primary source evidence for NCQA or Joint Commission audits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MondeID provides issuer-signed, primary source authenticity that can be included in credentialing files as evidence for the PSV element of NCQA and JCAHO requirements.

However, MondeID does not replace:
Credentialing governance
Privileging decisions
Monitoring
Continuous licence validation
Sanctions checks
State board lookups

We provide one component of your PSV evidence, not the full credentialing stack.

Can MondeID integrate with our HR, credentialing, or onboarding systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MondeID is infrastructure — not a standalone portal.
 
Our API integrates with:

HRIS platforms
ATS systems
Onboarding/privileging workflows

Recruiters and credentialing teams can request and view verifications where they already work.

Does MondeID provide ongoing licence monitoring or alerts?

Accepted Answer

No. MondeID handles real-time authenticity verification only, at the moment of check.

We do not perform:
Expiration/renewal monitoring
Continuous screening
DEA/MQI/NPI checks
Sanctions or disciplinary monitoring
Monthly or quarterly audits
Automated updates

Most organisations combine MondeID with their existing monitoring tools.

What happens if a degree is rescinded or a licence is later restricted or revoked?

Accepted Answer

You can re-run PSV at any time.

MondeID always checks the latest issuer-signed status, so revoked or restricted credentials are detected immediately during re-verification or ongoing monitoring.
