We provide Primary Source Verification (PSV) authenticity only — specifically, verifying that a degree, licence, or certification was issued by the correct authority and has a valid issuer signature.

Privileging decisions
Eligibility to practice
Review of sanctions, disciplinary actions, malpractice history, training quality

MondeID does not evaluate clinical competence, suitability, behaviour, disciplinary risk, or fitness for duty.
No. MondeID is not a CVO and does not perform CVO functions.

Do not access CVO databases or proprietary registries
Do not provide adverse-action notifications
Do not perform monitoring, quality assessment, or ongoing surveillance

No. MondeID does not accept delegated credentialing responsibility.
We do not sign delegated agreements, and we do not take on any NCQA delegation requirements.
